Motorcycle stolen in burglary
Suzuki GSXR 750
Police in Blaby are appealing for witnesses after
a motorcycle was stolen during a
burglary in Cosby.
The motorcycle was stolen sometime between 6pm
on Saturday September 23, 2006
and 11.45am on Sunday September 24, 2006 from the garage of a
premises on
Severn Close.
PC Ian Tuckwood of Blaby local policing unit said:
"Do you know someone who has recently acquired a similar
bike or have you been approached by someone selling a
Suzuki GSXR 750 bike that matches this description? If you know
the curren
t whereabouts of this bike, we'd urge you to get in touch.
"I am also appealing to anyone who may have
witnessed the incident or saw someone
acting suspiciously in the area during the evening of Saturday
September 23 or
the morning of Sunday September 24 to contact us."
Anyone with any information about the incident
or the stolen property is asked to
contact PC 1781 Ian Tuckwood at Blaby LPU on (0116) 222 2222,
follow the instructions to leave a message for a police officer
and when prompted
key in the officer's identification number 1781.
